Sound Effects
Many cultures include strong traditions of solo and performance, such as in Indian classical music, and in the Western Knowledge refrain tradition. Other cultures, such as in Bali, include strong traditions of battery performance. All cultures include a mixture of Sound Effects both, and performance may range from improvised solo playing for one's enjoyment to highly planned and organised performance rituals such as the modernistic classical concert, religious processions, modern festivals or jazz competitions.
A distinction is often false between bebop performed for the benefit of a live audience and rap that is performed for the purpose of being recorded and distributed through the music retail entity or the broadcasting system
